Manufacturing is where I turn designs into working hardware. I have hands-on experience across 3D printing, steel fabrication, fiberglass layup, soldering, crimping, basic machining, and lathe work. I enjoy the process of taking a part from CAD to the shop floor, figuring out how it should actually be made, and adapting when real materials, tolerances, tools, and assembly constraints do not behave exactly like the model. Much of my manufacturing experience comes from building and iterating on functional prototypes, where the goal is not just to make something look right, but to make it strong, serviceable, and ready to test.
